Dong Yang, executive vice president and secretary general of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, said in an interview with 21st Century Business Herald that "if we reduce the emission effect of PM2.5 alone, we will promote the economy of 10,000 pure electric vehicles. The cost is not as good as eliminating 100 yellow-label cars."
