Situation, and as far as possible to the world's most stringent standards to improve fuel quality, so this time the olefin content from the five-stage "not more than 25% (volume fraction)" is tightened to "not more than 15% (volume fraction) ". According to scientific research, olefins are chemically active and will form colloidal substances, which will cause photochemical pollution through evaporative emissions. The research results at home and abroad show that the quality upgrade of automotive gasoline and diesel contributes greatly to emission reduction. The sixth phase of the oil compatibility study began in 2014.
