CNC machine tool maintenance safety regulations

(6) Do not arbitrarily change circuits or other adjustment potentiometers;

(7) When the power test, pay attention to prevent the danger of high voltage;

(8) Use specified hydraulic oil, grease, lubricating oil or other products with the same performance;

(9) Always use the specified fuses and cables.

Precautions after the completion of the maintenance work of the CNC machine (1) Check again the various parts that have been repaired to ensure that the machine tool can work normally;

(2) Clean up the maintenance site and organize the appearance of the machine;

(3) Transfer the machine tool to the operator for acceptance;

(4) Record all aspects of maintenance work and processing results.

Steel Plate
