7. The long-term storage of the valve should be slightly separated from the sealing state, to avoid permanent deformation of the seal long-term pressure, affect the sealing performance and service life.

8. When the valve is manually operated, it is not allowed to forcibly open and close the valve by means of other levers.

When the valve is in the process of switching, the originally added lubricating grease will be lost continuously, and the effects of temperature, corrosion and other factors will also make the lubricating oil continue to dry up. Therefore, the transmission position of the valve should be inspected frequently, and it is found that the lack of oil should be promptly added to prevent the increase of wear due to lack of lubricant, resulting in inflexible transmission or failure of the stuck shell.

When the valve is filled with grease, the amount of grease is often ignored. After the grease gun is refueled, the operator selects the valve and grease injection method and then performs the grease injection operation. There are two situations: On the one hand, the amount of grease injected is insufficient, the grease injection is insufficient, and the sealing surface accelerates wear due to lack of lubricant. On the other hand, excessive fat injection causes waste. There is no precise calculation of the different valve seal capacities depending on the type of valve.
