5. The gas tanker unloading site at the gas station shall be equipped with an antistatic grounding device for tanker unloading, and shall be equipped with an electrostatic grounding device capable of detecting the status of the crossover line and monitoring the grounding device.

6. Apply metal wires across the flanges on the oil pipelines in the explosion danger area, and the ends of the hoses. When the flange has not less than 5 connecting bolts, it may not be bridged in a non-corrosive environment.

7. The grounding resistance of anti-static grounding device should not exceed 100Ω.

8. When the stations and shelters within the gas station need to be protected against direct lightning strikes, lightning protection (net) protection should be used.

9. When connecting the first and the end of a distribution line of a gas station information system to an electronic device, an overvoltage (surge) protector that is compatible with the withstand voltage level of the electronic device should be installed.

10, 380/220V power supply and distribution system should adopt TN-S system, the cable metal sheath or cable metal protection tube of the power supply system should be grounded at both ends, and the power supply terminal of the power supply and distribution system should be installed to adapt to the pressure resistance level of the equipment. 11. The lightning protection station, anti-static grounding, working grounding of electrical equipment, protective earthing, and grounding of information systems should share grounding devices. The grounding resistance should not exceed 4Ω.

12. Grounding resistance of lightning protection and grounding devices of oil tanks, LPG cylinders and CNG cylinders, grounding resistance of both ends of the metal sheath of the distribution cable and grounding devices at both ends of the protection pipe, when separate grounding devices are separately provided. Should not be greater than 10Ω; protective grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω; grounding resistance of grounding devices at the beginning, end, and branch of ground oil, LPG and natural gas pipelines should not exceed 30Ω.

The armature can be divided into four parts roughly, they are fixed core(who with or without shading ring depending on DC or AC voltage type), plunger tube and tube base(has option of stainless steel and brass), mobile plunger(installed with inner and outer spring, top and bottom seal).

The fixed core and movable plunger are made of high magnetic stainless iron, such as 430FR, has good performance of attraction and rust-proof. During production, we doing inspection after each procedure.

The plunger tube is made of H62 brass or seamless 304 stainless steel, the wall thickness from 0.20mm to 2.5mm available. All raw material is inspected before put them into our warehouse.

The plunger tube base is made of H59 brass or 304 stainless steel, with high performance, also we inspected each lot before put them in warehouse.

According to application requirement, choose suitable welding to connect each part, such as laser soldering, argon-arc welding, silver soldering.

The seal can be NBR, Viton, EPDM, Silicon, Teflon, etc. All can be customized as your requirement.
