Buried weather protective cover and installation precautions 1. The groove is embedded with a cable metal protection sleeve, and the metal protection sleeve is filled with cement mortar (note that the metal sleeve is compatible with the depth of the protective cable cable entry device).

2. Before the buried shield is buried in the hole, the camera and lens must be debugged. The cable is not penetrated into the metal casing first, but is adjusted to obtain the required viewing angle and clear image, and then the underground weatherproof protective cover is sealed and buried underground. When debugging the camera or lens, the drawer board can be pulled out from the upper part of the cylinder. First according to the requirements of the attached drawings, the cable shall be stripped and the length required for the wiring inside the weatherproof earth shield shall be sufficient. Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the cable lead-in device. The stripped bare part is coated with the specified silicone rubber and allowed to cure.

(4) Install the metal gasket 4 in the cable entry device housing 6 and then select the rubber ring 3 of appropriate size to fit into the housing 6 (for example, Ф11mm/5x7mm rubber ring for power cable with outer diameter Ф 5mm, 75-5 standard Video cable with Ф 15 / Ф 7 × 7mm rubber ring).

(5) Put the cable on the compression screw 2 and insert it into the housing 6 where the rubber ring 3 is installed. Adjust the position of the cable and press the cable with the compression screw 2 .

(6) When filling the cable introduction device, it is necessary to place the housing 6 pressing screw upside down, open the injection hole screw 7 and the plug gasket 8, and fill the housing 6 with the specified silicone rubber. Filler, no air holes are allowed. After filling in the hole for the injection hole, screw the injection hole screw and continue filling from the plug gasket until it is suspended from the upper mouth by 1 to 2 mm.

(7) Hold the cable entry device in the upright position, open the plug gasket, and place it for more than 24 hours. Then, plug the plug hole and open it for 24 hours or more. Note hole plugging The specified silicone rubber is sealed. The plug gasket is filled with the specified silicone rubber and the plug gasket is sealed and cured.

(8) When the cable introduction device is installed in the housing of the shield, the designated silicone rubber is applied to the inner and outer screwing portions, and tightened with a hand.

4. The all-weather protective hood cover is sealed by the user. The defrosting glass is filled into the rubber ring at the factory and sealed with silicone rubber. When the user installs it on the protective cover cylinder, the defrosting glass is coated on the upper and lower sides of the rubber ring with specified Silicone rubber, press on the cap (do not press the tempered glass on the cap), tighten the fastening screw.

5. The buried all-weather protective shield is buried in the ground. First, use a thin wire to thread the cable into the metal casing, place the surface of the buried weatherproof protective cover flush with the ground, and pour the cement mortar to fix it.
