NYP Series High Viscosity Internal Gear Oil Pump
Brief Introduction:
The NYP series internal gear pump is a new type of positive displacement pump designed to meet the requirements of various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, paint, medicine, and food. It can handle a wide range of media with different properties and viscosities due to its special structure and selection of materials.
Proper medium temperature: -10°C ~ 200°C
Proper medium viscosity: 1.0cSt ~ 300,000cSt
Work Principle:
The driving gear (external rotor) with internal teeth drives the internal rotor, which rotates in the same direction within the fully enclosed pump body. As it turns, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, drawing the liquid in and carrying it to the discharge port through the rotor. The liquid is then expelled from the discharge port as the gears mesh, completing the transportation process.
Advantages:
1. Steady delivery without pulsation, minimal vibration and noise.
2. Excellent self-priming ability.
3. Can transport various corrosive media if the appropriate materials are selected. Additionally, it can operate at temperatures up to 200°C.
4. The same rotational direction of the internal and external rotors results in less wear and a longer service life.
5. The pump’s flow capacity can be adjusted by changing the speed.
6. Especially suitable for high-viscosity media.
