B. Description:

It only needs one step to finish recycling granulation and modified granulation.
Applications fields of rigid flakes pelletizing machine:
The material goes into the first twin screw extruder. After fully exhausting and modifying, the melt flows into the second single screw extruder and starts granulating.
This two-stage system has a better degassing system compared with one-stage granulator machines and can accept materials that are not very clean. With two stages, dirt can be filtered out, resulting in a higher quality final product.
With a spiral charger, the flakes flow into the feeder. The material in the twin screw extruder completes its extruding and modifying process. It then enters the second single screw extruder for a second filtration.
Next comes the water-ring hot cutting pelletizing system. After the pellets come out from the centrifugal dryer, you can choose to purchase a vibration sieve if you have higher quality requirements for the pellets.
