Working Principle of Cartridge Filter
The cartridge filter consists of several key components: the cabinet, filter cartridges, and the cleaning system. When dusty gas enters the dust collector, the sudden expansion and air distribution plate cause coarse particles to settle in the ash hopper due to gravity and inertia. Fine particles are then captured in the filtration chamber.

Through a combination of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtration, dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material. After being purified, the clean air exits through the exhaust pipe into the atmosphere. As the dust layer thickens, the resistance of the filter increases. Once a set threshold is reached, the system interrupts the airflow, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve, and uses compressed air to expand and vibrate the filter cartridges, dislodging the dust. The collected dust then falls into the ash hopper and is discharged via the discharge valve.

Structure and Components
The system mainly consists of three parts: the filter cartridges, the cabinet, and the ash removal mechanism.

(1) The filter cartridges are composed of an outer layer, inner layer, and middle layer. The inner and outer layers are covered with metal mesh or hard plastic net, while the middle layer is folded filter material. A sub-micron ultra-thin fiber layer is attached to the filter material, with fiber gaps ranging from 0.12 to 0.6 micrometers. This design significantly increases the effective filtration area, making the cartridge highly efficient.

(2) The cabinet serves as the housing of the dust collector, including the gas tank and ash hopper. The gas tank provides the necessary space for cleaning, ensuring even airflow distribution. The ash hopper collects the filtered dust.

(3) The ash removal mechanism includes the blowpipe, pulse valve, and air bags. When dust accumulates on the filter cartridges, the system initiates a cleaning cycle. Compressed air is blown through the pulse valve, causing the cartridges to expand and vibrate, dislodging the dust. The collected dust is then discharged through the ash hopper.
