Solid Stream Trimming Nozzle

Ruby Shower Nozzles are high-quality spray nozzles designed with a low profile, allowing them to be securely mounted in a weld-on housing using a locknut and gasket system. These nozzles feature a patented "Orifice Insert System" that ensures a mechanical seal without relying on adhesives. This design significantly reduces the risk of orifice dislodgement caused by water hammer, line shock, or cleaning processes. The orifice protrudes into the spray header, minimizing the chance of clogging. When paired with a self-cleaning shower head or manifold, the likelihood of blockage is further reduced. Ruby nozzles can replace existing shower discs or serve as a complete system in new spray manifolds.

Ruby nozzles are supplied in 316 stainless steel with a quality ruby insert. Standard components include a weld-on socket and retaining nut made of stainless steel. Gasket materials such as Nitrile, Viton, and Fibre are available. The orifice is crafted from high-quality jewel material, ensuring durability and precision.

These nozzles offer a wide range of flow rates and are available with a zero-degree pencil jet spray pattern. The weld-on sockets and retaining nuts make it easy to integrate the Ruby Disc assembly into new installations.
