The Verabar flowmeter is suitable for high-precision flow measurement of gases, liquids and steam. Verabar is a differential pressure, rate-averaged flow sensor that measures the flow through the differential pressure generated by the sensor in the fluid. Veliba reflects the true flow rate of the fluid with an accuracy of ± 1.0% and repeatability of ± 0.1%.

The outstanding advantage of the Verabar flowmeter is that it outputs a very stable, pulseless differential pressure signal. The cross-sectional shape of the probe can produce accurate pressure distribution, and the fixed fluid separation point; the low pressure pressure hole located at the front and back sides of the probe and before the fluid separation point can generate a stable differential pressure signal and effectively prevent blocking. Internal integrated structure can avoid signal leakage, improve the strength of the probe structure, and maintain long-term high accuracy.

With its excellent anti-blocking design, the Verabar flowmeter probe has completely freed itself from the disadvantages of plug-in flow probes such as Annubar that are easy to clog, making the blockage level of the equalizer tube flow probe reach an unprecedented height.

The high-pressure pressure-receiving hole of the Verabar flowmeter probe will not be blocked by the front of the probe and form a high-pressure zone. The pressure is slightly higher than the static pressure of the pipeline, preventing the particles from entering. Please note: The velocity of the fluid at the probe's high pressure pressure tap is zero and no object will enter the pressure tap. When the machine is turned on, the fluid enters the elbow under the static pressure of the pipeline and quickly forms a state of pressure balance. When the pressure balance is established, the fluid encounters high pressure at the inlet of the elbow, bypassing it and no longer entering the elbow.

The low-pressure hole of the Verabar flowmeter achieves an essential anti-blocking action. Under normal circumstances, dust, sand and particles concentrate on the back of the probe under the effect of vortex street force. This is why the autumn leaves are always concentrated behind the leeward house. For other probes, the low-pressure pressure-receiving hole is taken in the vacuum zone at the end of the probe. Under the action of the vortex street force, the low-pressure pressure-taking hole of the probe is quickly blocked by the impurities brought by the eddy current. Verabar's unique design allows the low-pressure pressure taps to be located on both sides of the probe side, the fluid separation point and the front of the wake area. This design essentially prevents clogging and produces a very stable low-voltage signal.
