The hydraulic sieve is designed with a stainless steel plane filter screen made from precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface via an overflow weir. The small and smooth screen gaps allow for efficient drainage, while the larger back gaps prevent clogging. Solid materials are intercepted on the screen, and filtered water exits through the gaps. Under hydraulic force, solids are pushed to the bottom of the sieve plate for discharge, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
This equipment effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in water, lowering the load on subsequent treatment processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances. Ideal for filtering or recovering solids, colloids, floating particles, and precipitates.
