The main body of the slanting sieve is a stainless steel plane filter screen made from precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface via an overflow weir. The small and smooth screen surface gaps allow for efficient drainage, while the larger back gaps prevent clogging. Solid substances are intercepted, and the filtered water exits through the screen plate gaps. Under hydraulic force, solid materials are pushed to the bottom of the sieve for discharge, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
This hydraulic sieve effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in the water, lowering the load on subsequent treatment processes.
