Description of copper cable recycling machine:
1. Crushing System: This is the first step in the recycling process. The crusher contains 14 moving blades that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm in size, depending on the raw material. 2. Screen: Located inside the vibrating separator, it helps separate copper pellets from other mixed materials. The screen has different-sized holes, allowing customers to choose the appropriate size based on their input material. 3. Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the system. 4. Output Copper Pellet: After passing through the vibrator, the copper pellet enters a second small vibrator for further separation. With our granulator machine, you can achieve nearly 100% purity in copper pellets. 5. Output Plastic Pellet: Similarly, the plastic pellet undergoes a second separation using a small vibrator to ensure high purity. 6. Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are included in the system—one for copper and one for plastic—to facilitate secondary separation.

Working Principle of copper cable recycling machine:
Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle. Larger mesh sizes result in longer crushed material and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
The crushed material, consisting of a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces, is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (such as fiber, rope, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the blower is connected to a dust collector, which uses a dust bag to prevent dust emissions, protecting the environment. Dust and some lightweight plastic particles are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the speed of material conveyance and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move above the copper granules and travel downward. Both are eventually discharged through separate openings.
