Description of Copper Cable Recycling Machine:
1. Crushing System: The first step in the recycling process involves crushing the scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm in size using 14 moving blades. 2. Screen: The screen inside the vibrating separator helps separate copper pellets from mixed materials. Different hole sizes allow customers to choose based on the raw material. 3. Blades: There are 12 moving blades inside the system. 4. Output Copper Pellet: After passing through the vibrator, the copper pellet undergoes a second separation. With our granulator machine, you can achieve nearly 100% purity. 5. Output Plastic Pellet: The plastic pellets also go through a second separation to ensure high purity. 6. Small Vibrator: Two small vibrators are used for the second separation of both copper and plastic pellets.
Working Principle of Copper Cable Recycling Machine:
Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle. A larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the mesh based on the material type during production.
The crushed material, which consists of copper granules and plastic pieces, is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fiber, rope, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector, which uses a dust bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials experience a specific gravity deviation under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the speed of material conveyance and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) will move to the bottom of the riddle and upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) will move above the copper granules and downward. Both materials are finally discharged through different openings.
