Wafer Soft-sealed Butterfly Valve
The valve has compacted structure, small
flow-resistance with the flow pattern tend to be straight so that no sundries
is kept inside. What`s more, it is light and convenient to install. The valve
can be applied to cut off or regulate the flow of media. The valve can be
actuated by operating lever, handle wheel, electric actuator or pneumatic
actuator.
The disc and the stem are connected without
the structure of pin bolts, which guarantees no inner leakage.
Sealed surface of the disc is spherically
shaped, which promotes the sealing capacity and increases the durability, which
is to say even if opened and closed with pressure more than 50000 times, it
remains no leakage.
Upon requests, the disc can be coated with
Nylon or F46, Excellent anti-corrosion.
The valve body is coated with epoxy resin
without any exposure of iron.
The epoxy resin and rubber used comply with
sanitary standard DVGW
The valve can be used in water supply and
drainage, disposing of polluted water, heat supply, gas, ship industry,
metallurgical industry, energy system and textile and so on, especially
applicable to those occasions that bi-directional sealing and valve body are
easily eroded.

Control System
GCS6410 is an Automatic Mains Failure Module which is designed to monitor the mains utility and on failure automatically starts the generator and transfers the load. On return of the mains utility the controller automatically returns the load to the mains and stops the generator after a cool down period.
The module also monitors and protects the engine, indicating operational status, fault conditions and metering on the front panel LCD or LED's.
