4: Surface Grinding Machine Hydraulic Grinding Machine Use a hydraulic oil with a viscosity of No.46.
The new machine needs to be replaced with hydraulic oil after three months of use. It will be replaced once a year and the tank must be cleaned.
5: Surface grinder lubrication device Lubricating oil Use a guide rail lubricant with a viscosity of No. 32. (Recommended Megavita 1 or 1405)
Check the fuel tank (pool) daily to ensure that it is above the line.
Check whether the guideway oil path is smooth and prevent the guide rail from losing oil every week.
It is recommended to clean the tank every three months.

6: The left and right mechanisms of the surface grinding machine are prohibited to adjust the left and right strokes while the table is moving.
When the table cable is loose, adjust immediately. (This section applies to manual models)
7: Cleaning and maintenance of the surface grinder flushing and dust collection device suction box filter is best cleaned once every two weeks. The other is the inspection of the coolant. When the coolant is generally polluted, it must be checked and removed in time.
