In 2012, Xican closely followed the energy-saving targets issued by the Liberation Company, and proceeded from four aspects: optimizing production organization, implementing lean management, strict management of basic management, and implementation of work standards. Optimize production organization and reduce production energy consumption. Starting from the source of production organization, through optimizing production organization, carrying out centralized production, strictly controlling the number of classes opened, giving priority to the production of production lines with low energy consumption per unit and other measures, the purpose of reducing energy consumption has been achieved. According to statistics, the energy used for production in 2012 decreased by 23.7% year-on-year.

Implement lean management and reduce auxiliary energy consumption. Track, compare and analyze power consumption data under different working conditions such as production days, equipment maintenance days, and holidays, and tap the potential for energy saving of the equipment. In 2012, the electricity consumption of the air-conditioning and emulsion processing systems in the CA6DL machine shop was saved by 5,129,400 kWh compared to the same period of last year, saving 4,359.9 thousand yuan in electricity costs.

Strictly grasping basic management to reduce invalid waste. Through the strengthening of the control of key energy-consuming equipment, a daily inspection system has been implemented, and the energy-using operation process has been standardized, which has reduced the ineffective energy consumption in the production process. At the same time, for the leakage problem of the underground pipelines of tap water at Tongnan Base and Huishan Base, the use of data screening, segmentation, and monitoring of abnormal points have effectively reduced the leakage problem of underground pipe networks.

Promote work standards and regulate energy use management. The implementation of energy-saving work standards is a key task of our plant's energy management in 2012. In 2012, the factory standardized the operation process of key energy-consuming equipment, and gradually changed the energy management of the factory from experience-based management to standardized management.
