1. Strong frame with zinc spray treatment on the molding frame, using appropriate direction tie bars for easy maintenance and wear-resistant self-lubricating copper tubes.
2. Hydraulic pressure system enables faster operation (saving 6 seconds per cycle).
3. Steam system ensures stable operation with low steam consumption. It uses FANGYUAN’s patented PID system with a DN50 actuator for sensitive steam pressure control.
4. Pipe system features large pipelines and valves close to the mold for water, air, and steam inlets and outlets.
5. Vacuum system adopts a vertical design with a large spraying system in the vacuum tank.
6. Control system uses internationally recognized brand components for high quality. Pressure adjustments are remotely controlled via the control box, and the program includes multiple self-protection and alarm systems.
