1. Forming station: 14 stations: The diameter of main shafts are bigger than older type, and they will be more practical, more efficient and more durable!  The 14 rows of rollers station is more reasonable than older type, and make the machine has a longer service life and make the products have a more stable performance.        

2. Machine Body: Electrostatic Spraying: Their surfaces are not coated with paint. First, they will be treated by Sand Treatment Equipemnt, and then be sent to Electrostatic Spraying Treatment Room, under the high temperature (over 260ºC) to finish the final spraying treatment. So, They will have a good waterproof and rust protection performance, and look more beautiful.
 

3. Hydraulic Station Structure: 300mm steel welded. Four guide columns: The four pole structure will make the cutter has a more stable performance when cutting the panel, controlled by Hyd System, and with better accuracy. This is own special devising.
 

4. Control system: HMI & PLC control panel: It can be modified as per customers requirements, such as Siemens, and the operation system language can be specified, such as English, French, Russian and so on.

Service Commitment & Quality Assurance

Installation: If necessary, engineer is available to service machinery overseas; but all the relevant cost and extra 100USD/day for our engineer will be paid by the buyer. 

Warranty: 2 years since the machine leave seller's factory. 
During the warranty period, it covers all spare parts of machines, if you find some spare parts were damaged, those new spare parts will be supplied free by us, but normal wear and tear excepted. And the freight should be bore equally by both parties. 

We will provide the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
