The Vertical Screw vacuum pump is suitable for environment with more than 5 Pa ultimate pressure. As the free setting and fast-flow of gas, the Vertical Screw vacuum pump is convenient  for discharging dust and 
condensate to avoids down time. Hence, it's especially suitable for condition with a great deal of gas, dust and condensate and eliminate the dust and condensate accumulation problem.  It's also reliable and easy to
maintain due to the advanced sealing structure and hydrodynamic jacket cooling on all sides.

Operating Principal:
žWhen drives are operating, the power is transmitted to the timing gears, which turn the parallel rotors to run reversely at high speed. The rotation help intake the gas from the upper end and discharge it from the other end after its compression in the sealed chamber. The gas is then condensed in the condensing unit, and enter into a drainage tube, from which the non-condensed gas is discharged. The whole gas evacuation process is finished in one rotation cycle.
žThe evacuation of the gas is divided into three parts, which are intake, compression, and discharge. As the parallel rotors run reversely, the engaging teeth complete the rotation cycle in a continual manner.
