The group’s project was officially launched in early September. Through the warm-up of the previous events, a total of 86 173 people were received by the online and offline multimedia channels as well as the manual telephone invitation. There were 25 members unable to meet on schedule. 51 People, (the reasons are heavy production tasks at the end of the year, arrangements not to open time or cancellation of the certification notice received); attended the meeting for 61 121 people, participating companies from 20 provinces, including Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Hebei, Henan, and other provinces accounted for the largest proportion of all. The nationwide invitation for the buying group in the initial stage of this purchase group, and screening in the middle and later stages, raising the threshold for participation, and demanding that there must be clear procurement requirements and more well-known companies give priority to the expansion. The influence of the exhibition and group buying activities really brought high quality buying companies to our exhibitor customers.

As shown in the figure above, most of the companies participating in the purchase of the participating companies are the heads of department or company purchasing raw materials/equipment, with the highest proportion of the purchasing department, followed by general manager, deputy general manager, minister of engineering, and minister of production. And so on, they have direct purchasing decision rights for the purchase of raw materials and equipment. Therefore, the quality of the participating companies is high and they can be precisely linked with exhibitors.

As shown in the figure, some preliminary surveys were conducted on the overall arrangement of on-going activities of the buying group and the carnival and the on-site transactions. They were very satisfied with the ratio of 88%. Satisfaction was 12%, and the general value was 0. Some buyers suggested that the equipment exhibitors be fully expanded. Every time the equipment that you want to visit can't find a suitable manufacturer; and raw material medicines are differentiated according to the categories; and the participants of the buying group can be familiar with each other, and can communicate with each other after the meeting.

As shown in the figure, group participation and VIP services account for 68% of the total, which can increase the exchanges between peers and expand the network while establishing an information sharing platform; secondly, 23% of the buyers are based on the scale of the exhibition and the influence of the exhibition. The participants were selected to attend the meeting. The remaining 9% indicated that the free travel accommodation provided convenient travel conditions while reducing the company’s purchase costs and attracting enrollment in this event.

The Buyer Group & Carnival event ended perfectly with the concerted efforts of all parties and achieved the expected on-site results, which played an excellent role in expanding activities and corporate influence. In addition to on-site presentation, reports from the Internet media also provided a solid foundation for the broad dissemination of activities, and played an extremely effective role in enhancing the company’s brand awareness and reputation. At the end of the event, 94% of participants participated. The buyers all indicated that the next purchase group activities are very willing to participate actively, hoping to use our platform and activities to get to know more peers and friends; and some other cases that account for 6%, all said that according to the next session The location and time of the company and the company's arrangement need to be determined.
