4. It is necessary to clearly understand the safety conditions and gas concentration of the roadway and work place. And be familiar with the power outage sequence and personnel evacuation route in the event of an accident.

5, comprehensive excavation maintenance electrician should be familiar with and master the performance, electrical principles, operating procedures of the electrical equipment maintained, can judge and deal with various faults of electrical equipment.

6. Master the methods of handling electrical fire prevention and electric shock accidents.

Second, the safety regulations

1. Strictly implement the handover system and the job responsibility system, adhere to the work position, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations on power transmission and delivery and various rules and regulations.

2, must carry a qualified electroscope and common tools, materials, power outage warning signs and portable gas monitors, and keep the electrical tools insulated and reliable.

3. Before overhauling, transporting and moving electrical equipment, pay attention to the surrounding environment and roof support to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

4. All electrical equipment, cables and wires, regardless of the voltage level, must first cut off the power supply of the equipment before inspection, inspection or removal. It is strictly forbidden to carry live work, live transportation and power transmission.

5. When it is necessary to perform operation check on the part of the low-voltage electrical equipment that is close to the power supply, the switch of the upper level should be disconnected, and the power supply part of the electrical equipment of the station should be inspected, and the operation can be performed after confirming that there is no electricity.

6. For the stoppage and power transmission of the work surface switch, the system of “who has power cuts and who sends power” must be implemented, and no other person is allowed to send power.

7. When the vehicle needs to be commissioned during maintenance or after the inspection, it should be ensured that there is no work on the equipment, and then the jog test is carried out to confirm the safety and normality before the formal test or normal operation can be carried out.

Third, preparation before operation

(1) Maintenance electricians should inspect and check the tools, instruments, parts and materials that should be brought before entering the well.

(2) It is necessary to be familiar with the main technical features of the power supply system, electrical equipment and cable lines of the fully mechanized excavation working face and the distribution of the cables.

(3) Handling the planned power outage approval form, high-voltage power outage work ticket, and arranging gas detection items in contact with the ventilation area.

Fourth, maintenance work

1. Fully excavated electrical equipment maintenance must be carried out by a full-time electrician, but the power supply must be cut off as required before maintenance, and live working is prohibited.

2. The electrical equipment for operating the comprehensive excavator should be carried out by a full-time electrician or a full-time electric operator. Non-professional electrical maintenance operators are not allowed to operate electrical equipment without authorization. Operation of electrical equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines".

3. After the electrical equipment is disassembled, the removed parts and the wire ends should be clearly marked to avoid confusion during assembly and accidents due to wiring errors.

4. When the switch is inspected, the terminal sequence and mark on the original device are not allowed to be arbitrarily changed. The replaced protective component must be tested by the mine test group. When repairing an electrical interlock switch, the disconnector in the interlock switch must be cut off to perform mechanical latching. Before installing the cover, it is necessary to check whether there are any remaining wire ends, parts, tools, materials, etc. in the explosion-proof cavity.

5. When the switch is powered off, remember the side of the switch handle to prevent the controlled device from turning backwards.

6. The working surface cable, lighting signal line and pipeline shall be hung in accordance with the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines”. The cable in use is not allowed to have chicken claws, sheep tails, and bright joints. Strengthen the protection and inspection of the mobile cable of the comprehensive excavation equipment to avoid being crushed, impacted and collapsed, and should be dealt with in time after the damage is discovered.

7. All kinds of electrical and mechanical protection devices must be inspected and repaired regularly. According to the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines” and relevant regulations, adjustments and adjustments shall be made, and it is not allowed to smash them.

8. The maintenance and repair of electrical safety protection devices shall comply with the following regulations:

(1) It is not allowed to arbitrarily adjust the setting value of the electrical protection device.

(2) Before each shift begins, a trip test must be performed on the low-pressure leak detection device, and a trip test on the coal-drill integrated protection device is prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to remove the leakage protection or comprehensive protection operation.

(3) The test of the low-voltage leak detection device of the mobile substation shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. After the adjustment adjustment device is adjusted once, it cannot be arbitrarily changed. The emergency stop button for detecting the monitoring performance of the high voltage shielded cable is tested once a day.

(4) When performing the flow setting test in the mining area, it should be carried out together with the gas inspector.

9. The mobile substation shall be equipped with a local grounding pole and an auxiliary grounding pole. The distance between the local grounding pole and the auxiliary grounding pole shall not be less than 5 meters, and the grounding connection shall be reliable.

10. During the inspection and overhaul process, when the electrical equipment is found to be in explosive, it should be immediately powered off for disposal. Explosion-proof equipment that cannot be recovered at the site must be stopped and reported to the duty leader.

11. After all kinds of switches suddenly trip, the cause of the trip and the nature of the fault should be ascertained.

12. The connection between the grounding bolt of the electrical equipment and the grounding lead must be reliable and not rusted. The connected nut and gasket should be plated with a rustproof layer and fastened with a lock washer. The cross-section dimensions and materials of the local grounding electrode and grounding lead should be in accordance with the regulations.

13. When someone is found to have an electric shock, cut off the power supply according to the specific situation or quickly remove the electric shock from the electrified body, and then perform artificial respiration rescue and report to the ground. The electric shock is not fully recovered, and the rescue must not be interrupted until the doctor has arrived.

14. When it is found that electrical equipment or cable is on fire, it must be cut off quickly, fired with electrical fire-fighting equipment or sand, and reported to the dispatching room in time.

15. Fill in the maintenance record carefully after the end of each day.

V. Mobile substation operation procedures

1, before the operation check

(1) Read the instructions, product nameplate, circuit diagram, inspection capacity, voltage level, wiring group and ground test report to meet the requirements before input;

(2) All casings, parts and observation windows are damaged;

(3) Whether all the flameproof joints are damaged or not, and whether the explosion-proof gap meets the requirements.

(4) The operating mechanism should be flexible, the buttons of each part should be stuck, the fasteners are not loose, the electrical connectors are in good contact, and the incoming and outgoing cables should be tightly sealed and sealed.

(5) The electrical insulation performance of each part of the mobile substation is good;

(6) Whether the grounding system of the mobile substation meets the requirements, the distance between the local grounding pole and the auxiliary grounding pole shall not be less than 5 meters, and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 2 Ω.

2. The power transmission procedure of the mobile substation should be: first send high voltage, then send low voltage. The power outage procedure is: first stop the low pressure, then stop the high pressure.

3. For a mobile substation equipped with a high-voltage isolating switch, the high-voltage side is not allowed to cut off the power supply with power. A mobile substation equipped with a high-voltage load switch allows the load power to be disconnected in an emergency. Mobile substations equipped with high voltage circuit breakers allow the load power to be switched off under normal conditions.

Sixth, high pressure flameproof switch operating procedures

1, before the operation check

(1) Check that all components should be complete and the system should be complete;

(2) Check if the cable latch or connector is securely connected;

(3) Check the observation window glass without damage, the surface should be clean, and the indicating instrument and indicating light bulb in the box should be intact;

(4) The solid bolts for checking the explosion-proof surface shall be complete, firm and reliable;

(5) Check whether the operating handle is at the specified position and analyze whether the pointer or sign is displayed at the "minute" position;

(6) Check whether the locking mechanism of the explosion-proof door and the switch is reliably locked;

2. When closing the high-voltage switch, first close the isolation switch, then operate the circuit breaker to operate the handle, so that the switch is connected to the power supply. After completion, check that the closing sign or pointer should be displayed in the “closed” position.

3. After the circuit breaker trips due to short circuit or ground fault, the cause must be identified and the fault must be eliminated before the reset button can be pressed to operate the switch to close the power.

4. When the high voltage switch is powered off, the operation sequence is reversed to the closing sequence.

5. After the high voltage switch is powered off, the isolation knife gate should be placed in the “grounded” position.

Seven, low-pressure explosion-proof switch operating procedures

1. Check before operation;

(1) Check that all components should be complete and complete. Repair if damaged;

(2) Check if the cable connection between the incoming box and the outlet box is connected, and whether the cable plug or connector is connected firmly and reliably;

(3) Check that the observation window glass should be free from damage, the surface should be clean, and the indicator and indicator light in the box should be intact and not damaged;

(4) Check the explosion-proof surface and the explosion-proof gap in accordance with the regulations, the fastening bolts should be complete, firm and reliable;

(5) Check each operation handle and button, the switch action should be flexible. Each handle, switch should be in the specified position;

(6) Check if the power supply voltage level is consistent with the original terminal wiring of the control transformer signal transformer;

(7) Test switch to check whether the circuit of each part is normal.

2. When the load capacity of the feed switch or starter changes, the setting values ​​of overload protection and short circuit protection should be adjusted accordingly.

3. In the event of overload, short circuit, leakage and leakage of the vacuum contactor, the accident must be eliminated before the reset button is allowed to be activated.

4. After the switch is powered, the operator should check the status of each meter and indicator light in detail. If the abnormality is found, press the stop button immediately to disable the switch.
