1 In terms of the layout of the insulation structure, according to the “distance effect†principle of the positioner oil, multi-level insulation is adopted, and the internal insulation of the transformer is divided into multiple oil passages, thereby increasing the degree of insulation and reducing the volume.
2 Solved the TDM series transformer leakage oil problem, because the TDM series transformer has no oil reservoir, so when the temperature is too high, the oil will seep through the expansion of the oil nozzle, and the oil filling hole of the series is located at the top of the casing. The oil in the casing communicates with the oil in the body. Therefore, besides functions such as installing a silicon stack, a shorting bar, and a string pipe, the casing is also equivalent to a test transformer oil reservoir.
3 TDM series transformer high-pressure output end is sealed with epoxy resin. Due to the large amount of bubbles generated when the epoxy resin is poured under normal conditions, discharge phenomenon occurs at the high-voltage lead part. The GYD series uses metal fittings to hold the pressure of the lead pen, eliminating discharge.
4 GYD series fuel tanks are compact in structure and novel in appearance. Their volume and weight are less than 20% of the volume of TSB series products.
5 GYD series iron cores are single-frame core type, use DQ type, 0.30mm cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are stacked, using new special materials to be tight, instead of the traditional core-screw. The coil is a concentric cylinder multilayer tower structure.
