Experimental study on combined process of pyrite cinder spiral chute-magnetic separation

The pyrite cinder (dry mine) is sieved through a 100 mesh sieve, and the sieved product is ground in a rod mill for 5 min, the grinding concentration is C=70%, stirred for 5-8 minutes, and then the mineral is treated with a spiral chute. The re-selected concentrate and tailings are magnetically selected on the magnetic separator, respectively, and the magnetic field strength is 2500 Oersted. The process is shown in Figure 1:

The test results show that the above table, sulfur, iron ore slag pretreated under the same conditions, with a spiral chute - can be ideal magnetic sorting index joint process. The grades of the three concentrates were relatively high, reaching 64.50%, 59.67% and 61.44% respectively, the cumulative yield was 63.44%, and the cumulative recovery rate was 76.37%. The content of S can also be reduced to less than 0.3%.
