In a significant milestone for the tire industry, Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd. made history by filing its first-ever tire patent. This groundbreaking design patent, titled "Tire (G-26)" with the patent number ZL03336271.8 and certificate number 385713, was officially authorized on August 4, 2004, and became effective from that date. The patent was submitted to the State Intellectual Property Office on September 5, 2003, under the application number 03336271.8, following the successful development of the G-26/L-3 mixed-pattern wide-base construction machine tire.
The design was the result of extensive research conducted by a team of experienced engineers who carefully analyzed user feedback and studied international tire design trends. The outcome was a tire with an elegant and distinctive tread pattern. The central part of the tread features large blocks, enhancing wear resistance and impact strength. Meanwhile, the edges incorporate a "Y"-shaped groove, which improves heat dissipation and overall performance.
This innovative tire excels in muddy, soft, and slippery conditions, offering excellent mud discharge and anti-slip properties. It significantly enhances self-cleaning ability, passability, and handling stability. Since its launch, the product has been in high demand. In 2003, the company produced approximately 3,000 sets, generating over RMB 12 million in revenue and more than RMB 3 million in profit.
By the end of 2003, the company had to add an additional model to meet growing demand, increasing the number of molds from four to 29. As of June 2004, production had exceeded 10,800 units, with a total value surpassing 40 million yuan. Today, the G-26 tread pattern has been expanded to include 17.5-25 and 20.5-25 sizes, bringing the total range of G-26 products to over ten different specifications. This achievement not only marks a major step forward for Aeolus Tyre but also highlights its commitment to innovation and quality in the tire manufacturing sector.
