House fire in Lake Forest, 11-5-15
This just in from Lake Forest: A significant fire broke out at a two-story residence located at 792 Greenbriar Lane around midday today (November 5, 2015). When the fire department arrived, they encountered intense flames emanating from the back of the house, which is quite large. The severity of the situation prompted them to upgrade the response to a Box Alarm, calling in additional resources. It took approximately 40 minutes for firefighters to bring the blaze under control.
The images accompanying this report—captured by Tim Olk and Larry Shapiro—provide a stark illustration of the devastation caused by the fire. These photos show heavy smoke billowing from the structure, as well as the aftermath of the incident, revealing the extent of the damage.
