(1) Ore nature: The ore body treated by the mine is located in the granite porphyry and its contact with the Anshan porphyrite, forming a fine vein-dyed molybdenum deposit with large scale, simple shape, stable shape and stable grade.

There is no obvious boundary between the ore body and the surrounding rock, and the two have a gradual relationship. The ore molybdenum grade is rich in the middle and gradually becomes poorer on both sides. The ore types are mainly shale -bearing Anshan shale and biotite Huaan'an shale, accounting for more than 70%, granite porphyry accounting for 20%, and 3% quartzite and tuff slate . (2) Process flow: Take Jinduicheng Second Selection Plant as an example, the original design capacity is 5000t/d, the crushing process is three-stage open circuit, and the crushing granularity is broken from 1000mm to 25~0mm.

The crushing granularity of each section is: coarse crushing 1000~250mm, medium crushing 250~70mm, fine crushing 70~25mm.

In 1981, in order to improve the grade of molybdenum concentrate, an industrial test was carried out at the Jinduicheng No. 1 plant. The number of regrind sections and the leaching process were increased, and the grade of concentrate was increased from 46% to 54%. Two sets of electric vibrating feeders, while grinding and floating also increased one ф3600×4000mm lattice ball mill, one ф3000mm double spiral classifier, one ф2100×3000mm regrind machine, and one CHF-X14 flotation machine 10 slots. Two ф6000mm concentrators, the production capacity is set at 6600t / d. The closed circuit system is not yet operational.
