Autodesk Customer FLOW Program: Resilience via Training during COVID-19
**July 17, 2020 Update:**
We’ve officially run out of vouchers for the Autodesk Customer FLOW Program due to overwhelming demand. Unfortunately, we can’t issue any more voucher codes at this moment. For those of you who’ve already received a voucher, remember—they expire on July 31, 2020. You’ll need to redeem your voucher and complete your training before then. Any unused vouchers after that date will no longer be valid or honored. To redeem your voucher, head over to the Autodesk Services Marketplace landing page. From there, you can browse the list of participating providers, check out the training descriptions, and select the provider you’d like to work with by clicking on their profile.
While we’re looking into potentially restarting the Autodesk Customer FLOW Program in the future, if you want to stay updated, you can join the waitlist via the same Autodesk Services Marketplace landing page.

It’s been several months since the global pandemic began reshaping nearly every facet of our personal and professional lives. Businesses across the world are still figuring out how to adapt to the changes brought on by COVID-19, and while many industries have made significant progress in adapting their operations, numerous challenges remain. This has been especially true for Autodesk and the global community of customers we serve.
To better support our customers and their impacted workforces, we recently introduced a new initiative aimed at helping individuals affected by furloughs, layoffs, or reduced work hours and pay. Our goal is to provide these individuals with affordable access to training so they can enhance their current skill sets or learn new ones.
We’re calling this initiative the **Autodesk® Customer Furloughed & Laid Off Worker Training Program**, or the **Autodesk Customer FLOW Program** for short. Through this program, eligible individuals can receive complimentary professional training worth up to $300 USD. The training covers a wide range of Autodesk products and workflows, including but not limited to:
- 3ds Max
- BIM 360 Products
- Civil 3D
- Fusion 360
- Inventor
- Maya
- Revit
- Shotgun
- Vault
As our customers—and their employees—continue to navigate the ongoing changes and challenges posed by COVID-19, Autodesk remains committed to finding ways to support them. We hope the Autodesk Customer FLOW Program serves as a valuable resource for customers looking to reskill and build resilience during these uncertain times.
Best regards,
-Ray Savona
Vice President, Worldwide Customer Success, Autodesk
