Do not start with other equipment, and stagger start to avoid tripping.

4. After the mill is in normal operation, it is necessary to strictly press the provisions of water supply, ore supply and steel ball addition. It is forbidden to operate at an overload, and the idle time is not more than 15 minutes, so as to avoid damage to the liner.

5, in the operation should pay attention to check whether the cylinder leaks, carefully observe the current, voltage, feeding, water supply is normal, every half an hour to check the motor and spindle temperature is not greater than 60 ° С, found problems in a timely manner.

6. During operation, pay attention to observe whether the hollow shaft and the oil ring rotate with oil, and whether the temperature of the hollow shaft is normal. If the hollow shaft is found to be hot, close to the burning tile, the forced cooling measures should be taken immediately, and the parking should not be stopped immediately, so as not to cause the axle to be hung. 9. After parking, clean up equipment and environmental sanitation to ensure civilized production.

Second, maintenance procedures:

1. The operation and maintenance personnel of the ball mill should be familiar with the structural performance of the equipment and the names, specifications and functions of the various components.

2. The operator should follow the “four-set” principle and lubricate the parts marked with the lubrication diagram. Do not use untreated waste oil to keep the lubrication points clean.

3. During operation, check that the bearing temperature of each part does not exceed 60 °C, and check whether the bolts of each part are loose, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the ore supply water is uniform, whether the cylinder has slurry leakage, and whether the motor current and voltage are normal. Third, maintenance procedures

(1) Maintenance period: 1. After 1 month of repair; 2. Minor repair 1 - 3 months; 3. Intermediate repair 12 - 24 months; 4. Overhaul 60 - 120 months.

(2) Maintenance content:

1. Repaired: Mainly check the oil quantity, adjust the gap of each part, strengthen the bolts of each part, replace the individual lining boards or check the wear condition of the lining, and repair the feeder.

2, minor repair: check the cleaning and measurement of the tooth surface wear, check the wear of the lining, replace if necessary.

4. (3) Maintenance standards:
