      For example, the Hanihe gold deposit in Inner Mongolia is a gently denuded hilly area, and the gold deposit is a Quaternary alluvial deposit. Gold exists in the state of natural gold, and the particle size is relatively coarse, generally 0.1-1.0 mm, less than 0.074 mm.       The design scale of the mining plant is 500 tons/day. It is equipped with two-stage jigging and shaker selection, which directly produces gross gold and heavy sand. The process flow is shown in the figure below. The screening operation adopts SZZ1250×2500 vibrating screen, the general jigging is 1200×2000×3600 trapezoidal jig, the second stage jigging uses 2 sets of 300×450 jumper, and the selected equipment is 3 sets of 6-S shaker. . The Hani River Gold Mine adopts machine mining and transportation, and concentrates on the construction of large-scale machine selection plant. The process flow is relatively perfect, and the recovery rate of gold is up to 93%. It can be used for sand gold mines where water sources are difficult and where conditions are concentrated.
